E-BERK TUNNELING AND FOUNDATION TECHNOLOGIES
E-Berk Tunneling & Foundation Technologies has been manufacturing spare parts for TBMs (Tunnel Boring Machines) since 1993 and has been proceedingly serving Turkish metal industry. E-Berk manufactures spare parts and equipments for TBM dimensions varying from 1 meter up to 20 meters such as 12” to 21” cutter rings, rippers with tungsten carbide inserts, scrapers, cutting knives and etc. Depend on the developing of tunneling technology; our company continues to increase duties and responsibilities both in Turkey and the abroad. According to this achievement, E-Berk company has been actively participated as a solution partner of 21 ongoing projects within totally 30 TBM projects.
First Factory: Our factory which has 1.800 m² closed area of totally 5.750 m² area is using for stock and dismantling area.
Second Factory: With professional staff consist of 256 specialists included 26 engineers based in Ankara at Anatolian Organized Industrial zone our company E-Berk which has 5200 meter square closed area and 8100 meter square total area is continue to be a part of many projects important for our country.
Third factory: Regarding of to complete urgently our revisions, production of Cutterheads which ever increasing work day by day, and TBM Manufacturing Project, we got 32.000 m² AOSB factory region. It will have 18.000 m² closed area, for first stage we has started to build 4.400 m² closed area.
